Description: I literally was shifting through profiles on the web last night... and just could not keep my eyes off of one girl that I came across. She was just so lovely and delightful that I had to write this poem for her... and send it off her way. Hopefully I will receive a positive response back and if I do, you can expect another poem. I guess you could say I am a secret admirer but I don't want to be secret for long!!! :-)

How Am I Faring?

I saw your facebook profile one fateful night,
What jumped out at me was your smile - 'twas so bright.

I tend to be a very calm and shy kind of guy,
Unlike those furry animals you find at the store and buy :-)

I had to overcome a lot of shyness to tell Smithi you were delightful,
And to send you a message that was tactful.

I am mischievous and playful,
Keep up with me, will you be able?

From your photo, I get the sense that you are kind,
Hope you don't mind.

I get the sense that you are caring,
With this poem, how am I faring?

I get the sense that you are sweet,
You'll prove me right WHEN we meet.
