Love is an emotional state that one gets to when they feel an increased level of fondness towards someone else. The problem with emotions is that it is not easily quantifiable. You cannot measure love on a scale. You cannot smell love. You cannot touch love. It is something that people who are in that state just know they are experiencing it.
