Lacking Intimacy in Your Marriage?

It is not healthy to be in this type of a marriage but realize that you are not alone and there is nothing wrong with your marriage. At least not yet. Not so long as you take action soon. The majority of men polled state as their top two reasons were a) decrease in libido and b) boredom.
Here is some general advice to support your sex life, as far as increasing excitement.
Support Your Woman Emotionally
Women find sex to be a more emotional medium and get added pleasure if you would just discuss with her. When was the last time you massaged her, took her out to a fancy restaurant, told her that you loved her? When was the last time you shared your feelings with her? When was the last time you listened to her needs instead of your own.
Improve Your Libido
The male organ prepares for sexual intercourse by blood being pumped into it. Use it to your advantage. Improving your physical condition by running, exercising, even walking will help you to improve blood flow around the body and increase your libido.
Lose Some Weight
Losing weight helps you achieve the following:

appear more desirable to your partner

improved blood circulation around the body for better libido

It has been studied that for your first 15 pounds lost, your organ will become 0.25 inches bigger. It probably is not linear for obvious reasons.

Better able to try more and more positions.

Support Your Woman Physically
Men are satisfied are generally satisfied regardless of how it is done. But as a good husband, you should listen to your wife's needs.
Last Longer
Whenever you go to pee, exercise the act of stopping mid-stream. Doing so, helps strengthen the muscles that regular flow and will invariably help you hold it in and last longer.
Make-Up Sex
There is nothing better than having make-up sex. The next time you make-up after an argument, use that to your advantage. But please do not incite arguments just for the make-up.
