Your partner should be the first person you share any good or bad news with when you are disturbed. This will result in stronger bond between you two as long as you maintain the closeness.

Try to spend some time regularly to do something together, whether it is a dinner out or a movie trip. Holidays are another good way to enjoy each other company. It can be a fortnight outstation, a week camping or a weekend at McDonalds. It will help you in getting away from the routine of day to day life, and will give a chance to come closer and make your relationship stronger. A rich relationship is that in which both partners cherish the various activities, some common and some different.

Caring for each other plays a huge role in married life. A small act of preparing a cup of tea in the morning for your partner or allow her to watch her favorite program will demonstrate your love towards them. It not only shows your love and caring nature but also shows your respect towards your partner’s wishes.  You may draft a plan to get the household work done. Sharing the daily household work between each other is a very good idea. Instead of assuming that your partner is going to do all the work, determine who can do what.
