The way that black skin tans is unique to their race. As a result, those with black blood will tend to look more black than they do of other races even though they may have other features. Also since humans evolved out of Africa, all of the features present in Europe, China, and the Americas are present in Africa. There was a study out that stated there is more diversity amongst all Africans than the rest of the world combined. So if any individual is given very dark skin, they could come to look as black.

Thara looks Indian but has black features as well. Despite being 1/4 Irish.

Others with black blood would be Jamaican and other African.
