Eriko Watanabe is a partner with Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu in Tokyo, Japan. She practices antitrust and corporate law. In particular, she has worked extensively on antitrust/competition matters. Ms. Watanabe has worked at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago (1994-1995) as a visiting attorney, and has served as a deputy director of certain divisions of the Fair Trade Commission of Japan (1995-1998). While continuing private practice, Ms. Watanabe assumes the position ofProfessor at Keiko University Law School and teachs antitrust and corporate practice from April 2004.
