Tomoe Shinohara was born on 29th March, 1979 in Higashi-Murayama City, Japan. She is a multi-talented singer, actress, fashion designer, producer and artist.
She sang for the second opening if Kodomo no Omocha: Ultra Relax which made her well-known in the anime world. Besides that, she has released various singles and albums along the years.
She did take part in numerous films, dorama, commercials, television programmes and had dubbing roles in animes. She has since focus more of her time on her new group, Panikaraqs, and in theatre plays.
