Frooti

Frooti is one of the oldest and most widely known mango based fruit drink available in India. Frooti is an on-the-go drink that comes in 200 ml tetra-pak cartons and pet bottles.

Frooti is India's leading mango beverage. It is a product of Parle Agro Pvt Ltd. The fresh fruit juice market in India is 90% mango based. This gives frooti a sizable chunk of the market.

Ingredients of Frooti are water, mango pulp, sugar, citric acid, ascorbic acid and permitted colors, artificial flavors and emulsifiers. It has been using Tetra Pak packages forvending since 1985 till date. Off late, pet bottles of much more quantity are also launched. Apart from the most popular mango flavors, 'Chatpatta Mango' (green mango juice), pineapple and guava flavors are also available. Even though Frooti was launched nearly 17 years ago and hasen't changed much over the years, it still is a big player in the fruit drinks segment.
