	MET’s School of Engineering
MET's School of Engineering is a premier engineering college in the state of Kerala. It is located in Thrissur district. It is accredited to All India Council for Technical Education, Delhi and affiliated to the University of Calicut.

The college offers undergraduate courses in the fields of Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. The annual intake is 60 students in each department. The departments are frequently visited by some big multinational firms for the recruitment process.  Selection of the students is based on their ranks in the entrance test conducted by the Controller of Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala. 50% allotment of the seats is done by Controller of Entrance Examinations, while the rest are under the control of the college itself.

The college has well-developed infrastructure and resources such as spacious classrooms, seminar halls, laboratories in all departments, libraries, and free Internet connectivity for staff and students. Separate hostel facilities are provided for boys and girls. Arrangements for extra curricular activities have also been made.

A career guidance and placement cell helps bring the students and industrial community together. This is achieved by inviting various company representatives to the campus and making presentations for them. The cell encourages students to undergo industrial training. Personality development programs and English speaking courses are also arranged regularly. These training programs help the students to perform well in competitive examinations, interviews and group discussions.
