All I have to say is that my life has been destroyed by online dating.

I had a normal very successful relationship with the person that I love until my partner of 15 years became addicted.

To make a long story short, he got hooked on dating on-line. He met someone in another state and left me and moved. He learned the person that he had met was not at all who they claimed to be. He had a lot of trouble and ended up moving back.

I had lived thru 2 years of on-line dating with him meeting and having relationships behind my back. Now that he is back, we are not together and he was not internet dating for about 3 months, well he is back at it. I know now that it is an addiction and he needs help.

He has misled so many people and lied, his profile is all lies. He has had so much trouble with people he has met online too. I know now he can not stop. I have read a lot about online dating and most surveys say that as many as 70% of the people online are fake, married, in a relationship. I think it is the demise of love and true relationships. He is the 4th person known to me personally where internet dating has destroyed lives.

I hope that my thoughts help at least one other person who has gone through this. I wish that someone could stop this lying cheating scam.
